Bills similar to this one are to be used in a video entitled The Cressida Project, by Carolyn Sortor, portions of which take place ca. the year 2056, in the United Democratic Islamic Emirates, an imaginary foreign country comprising the nine nations having the greatest oil reserves and highest percentage Muslim populations as of the time the project was conceived.
